Explogu acts solely as a technology platform and facilitator, not as a service provider, agent, employer, travel operator, or intermediary responsible for outcomes.

2. User Types

Explogu users may include:

1. Hosts, Experts, individuals or entities offering sessions, webinars, or events
2. Participants, Clients, users who book, attend, or purchase access
3. Visitors, users browsing the platform without an account

Each user is responsible for complying with these Terms.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using Explogu, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old, or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
2. You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms
3. You agree that acceptance may occur electronically, including by checkbox, button click, or continued use

Acceptance is legally binding.

4. Account Registration

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants acknowledge that:

1. Sessions are delivered by independent hosts
2. Outcomes are not guaranteed
3. Participation is voluntary and at their own risk

Participants are responsible for ensuring sessions meet their personal, professional, or legal needs.

7. Payments and Fees

1. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
2. Explogu does not store credit card details
3. Fees, prices, and currencies are shown before payment
4. Hosts are responsible for setting prices

Explogu may charge platform or subscription fees, which are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are defined by the host unless explicitly overridden by Explogu.

Explogu is not obligated to issue refunds for:

1. Missed sessions
2. Dissatisfaction with content
3. Technical issues caused by user equipment or connectivity

9. Platform Availability

Any information shared during sessions is the responsibility of the host. Users must seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Explogu is not liable for:
