Explogu respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. This page explains how to submit a claim if you believe your intellectual property has been used on the platform without authorization.
Submitting an Intellectual Property Claim
If you believe that content available on Explogu infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal intellectual property claim for review.

You must also include a statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, and that the information you provide is accurate and submitted under penalty of perjury.
Review Process
Once a valid intellectual property claim is received, Explogu will review the information provided. During this process, access to the reported content may be restricted or removed while the claim is evaluated.
Where appropriate, the user who uploaded the content may be notified and given an opportunity to respond or provide clarification.
False or Abusive Claims
Submitting false, misleading, or abusive intellectual property claims may result in account suspension, removal of privileges, or other actions necessary to protect the platform and its users.
