Explogu, DMCA Copyright Policy

Explogu respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. This DMCA Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged infringement and how users may respond with a counter-notification.

1. Copyright Ownership

All content uploaded, shared, or streamed on Explogu is the responsibility of the user who provided it. Explogu does not pre-screen user content and does not claim ownership of third-party materials.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material available on Explogu infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the platform
  4. Your name, address, email address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

3. DMCA Notice Submission

DMCA notices must be submitted through Explogu’s designated communication channels or legal contact method. Incomplete notices may not be processed.

4. Removal or Disablement of Content

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Explogu may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the content.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant

6. Repeat Infringers

Explogu may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.

7. False Claims

Any person who knowingly submits false or misleading claims of infringement may be liable for damages, including legal costs and attorneys’ fees.

8. Policy Changes

Explogu reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
